In order to produce high-quality rotor-spun yarns, the key spinning equipment of Rieter's short-flow R40 rotor spinning line, such as tamper-resistant heads, false-twisting machines, rotors and opening rollers, is preferred. The test results show that the KS type tamper head with surface spiral structure has good gauze strips, less hairiness and high strength; KSNX type tamper head yarn is soft and suitable for knitting yarn.
